Which personal information we gather and why we gather it

If a visitor leaves a comment on our site, we gather the information displayed in the comment form, the IP-address of the visitor, and the browser user agent to help detect spam.

How long we save your data
When you leave a comment, that comment and the metadata of the comment are saved for ever. This way we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of having to moderate them.

For users who are registered on our website (when applicable), we also save personal data in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any given time (the username cannot be edited. Website admins can also view and edit this information.

What rights you have regarding your data
If you have an account or you have left comments, you can request an export file of your personal data we have, including all data you have entered. You can also request that we delete all your data that we have. This does not include data we are obliged to save with regards to administrative, legal or security purposes.
